Storegate signs agreement with Skanova

Skanova, which owns and operates Sweden’s largest open fiber and copper network and is responsible for a large part of the country’s fiber expansion has chosen Swedish Storegate for a cloud-based digital information solution for construction projects.

Skanova was looking for a provider of cloud-based information solutions for a series of construction projects, and was looking for a partner that not only had the right solutions, but could also offer a security and privacy philosophy that matched their own.

– “Storegate’s services are ideal for us because the security is high class, data is stored on servers located within Sweden’s borders and not locally on each user’s computer,” says Richard Runnedal, Construction Manager at Skanova. “Storegate is also a respected brand in our industry.

– In addition to high security and smart features, we needed a supplier who understood our needs and could help us find the right solutions,” he continues.

– “Our services have proven to be a good fit for Skanova’s construction projects,” says Torbjörn Lindkvist, Business Area Manager for Storegate Services. “Our intention is to work closely with Skanova, as we do with all large corporate customers, and provide them with the products, service and knowledge they need.
