Send attachments securely with Storegate in Outlook

Now all Storegate customers can share files and save email attachments in a GDPR-safe way in Outlook. Previously, only customers with a connection to Azure AD had the opportunity to get the extension in Outlook. The add-in has been available since September 20 and can be downloaded via Office Store, and it is completely free of charge.

With the launch of this new feature, we make it easy for our users to share files via their Swedish cloud service directly in Outlook. Instead of having to switch between their Storegate account and Outlook, they can now download Storegate for Outlook as an add-in. This means that customers can access their files more easily without having to leave Outlook.

Storegate makes it easy for many companies and government agencies to store, share and collaborate with files in a GDPR-safe way. Customers don’t have to worry about exposing sensitive information, but with this new feature they can more easily save attached files directly to our Swedish cloud and also link to information they want to share. To further increase security, sensitive data can also be shared with password protection or BankID login.

Curious about how it works? In our knowledge base, we tell you more about how to download and use Storegate for Outlook.
