Our ID control provides a user-friendly and secure way to legitimize customers and partners with BankID remotely via phone, chat and email. This is a service that is in demand among our existing customers and it feels great to now be able to offer it.

Remote ID verification for all industries
Storegate ID verification helps businesses large and small to ensure the identity of the people they do business with. Remote ID verification is a valuable tool for customer support and sales that often take place over the phone. It’s also useful in the financial sector, where businesses need to ensure they’re not interacting with fraudsters or carrying out transactions on incorrect accounts
The ability to carry out fast, accurate and regular ID checks is crucial. With fraud and AI-generated counterfeiting on the rise, there is an urgent need to identify and stop such threats. It is also a legal requirement to identify customers if you operate in industries that handle money flows, where identification becomes part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
