Storegate Safe Box is a web-based service for storing, sharing and collecting sensitive information with strict identity verification requirements via BankID or Freja eID+.

At Storegate, all information is stored securely in Swedish data centers. All Storegate services also guarantee full GDPR compliance, making it easier for you to handle sensitive information.

Storegate Safe Box is a perfect tool for companies and authorities with these requirements. Login to the service requires BankID, Freja eID+ or 2-step verification and you can only access files via the web interface. In the event log, you can also see who has handled which file for possible follow-up.

Login to the service is via the web with a secure BankID login. The user identifies himself with BankID and then gains access to the common storage area.

With verified login methods, you can be completely sure that only added members are able to access the information on the Storegate account.

Sharing files in Outlook

With Storegate Safe Box, you get a centralized place for digital collaboration and a safe and efficient file sharing service. It also includes smart tools to send and receive large files securely.

Storegate is available as a free add-in in Outlook, where you as a user can easily access the shared storage space without having to leave the email program. Create a public link and send it to any recipient. The file is shared directly from your Swedish cloud service and protected behind the link.
