- Edit and save files GDPR-safely
Storegate’s web service integrates with your locally installed version of Office and automatically saves the documents to our Swedish cloud service. On the web, you can create and edit documents using your locally installed Office package. You work as usual but avoid exposing your files to other countries’ legislation. Choose to create a new Word document and “open in desktop app” to work with your file locally on your computer. Read more here. - Possible to require BankID on all distributions
As an administrator, you can decide that all distributions that take place on the company’s account should require verification with BankID for access to file or folder. A smart way for those who want full control over how the company’s information is shared. - Folder notifications
Add the option for notification if a folder is updated. You then choose to receive email notifications when new content is added to the selected folder. Read more here.
