With Storegate Sync you synchronize files between your account and your computer, which means that the files are both local to you and on your Storegate account. If there is little space on the computer and you want to avoid synchronizing all files on the account locally, it can be solved by selecting which files / folders to synchronize with the computer.
In the Storegate Sync program, you can use selective sync to set which folders/files you want to have locally on your computer and which should only be on your account on Storegate. Open Storegate Sync in the taskbar or from the start menu, then click on Account and uncheck the folders that you do not want locally for My files or Common files.

ATTENTION. If you delete files directly in the explorer, they are also deleted in your account. This also applies to the Common Files folder.
