The dealer network is growing and tightening

The number of IT professionals choosing to offer their customers Swedish storage with Storegate is growing and the reseller network now extends from Simrishamn to Pajala.

“Resellers are and often act as support and suppliers of complete IT solutions for companies in a variety of industries. They are an important interface with the market and Storegate is looking at different ways to develop the collaboration,” says Torbjörn Lindkvist, Marketing Manager at Storegate.

– Although most of our products are very easy to use, it is reassuring for our end customers to have support and help to set up more advanced installations such as backup solutions for server systems, or a larger administration for collaboration and sharing of folders and files with different permissions. They are worth a lot to us, and in connection with other investments we are now making, we are of course also looking at how we best take the concept further and strengthen it.

During the fall, Storegate has run a campaign for retailers that drives more customers to the blue-yellow cloud.

– We have good resellers across the country who care about their customers and take their problems and concerns seriously. It’s good to know that the customers we reach through them are also well looked after and feel safe with their data management and storage. In addition, they are an excellent channel for us when we are not on site and can help our customers hands-on, so to speak. Many people who choose us also choose us for the security of Swedish storage, and it’s nice that that feeling can be part of the whole customer experience. That’s why it’s great to be able to give back.

In January, retailers who reach the campaign targets will receive an extra bonus on top of their regular commission – a great start to 2017.
