New features in Storegate
Today, a new version of the Swedish cloud platform SOSA (Storegate Online Storage Application) is launched, which includes a number of new features and important improvements. Among the new features are Smart reminders, template signing and ID control for groups.
We are constantly looking for areas where we can further strengthen our product offering and improve the user experience. With the latest version, our customers can not only monitor their contracts, files and folders with Smart Reminders, but also use our new template signing on websites or social media. BankID identification also ensures that people you do business with are really who they say they are.

New features in the business service
– Smart reminders
All business users now have the option to set Smart Reminders for contracts, files and folders on a predetermined date or on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. Suitable scenarios are if you have a file that needs to be updated at a certain interval or to monitor a contract date, a notice period or a deal.
– Template signing
For customers with the Storegate Signing service, it is now possible to have the same contract signed by several independent parties with template signing. Suitable scenarios are to be able to digitally sign a membership agreement, personal data assistant agreement or rental agreement.
– ID check for groups
For customers with the ID verification service, it is now possible to perform large group identifications through the same link. Suitable scenarios are to BankID-identify several members at board meetings that take place online or in other gatherings where a voting right requires identification.
